Meet Our Leadership Team
Ann Casarella-Owner & Founder
Ann Casarella is the Owner and Founder of Glow & Grow Esthetics Academy, as well as a licensed esthetician in NY and CT since 2004 and a dedicated skincare educator. Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, Ann immigrated to the U.S. at 10 years old. She is also a loving wife and mother to a wonderful little boy.
Ann began her career as a receptionist at the prestigious Red Door Salon and Spa in White Plains, NY, quickly advancing to esthetics lead. She was later promoted to National Director, where she oversaw a team of 200 estheticians and had the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best professionals in the beauty industry. Through this journey, she recognized the importance of continuing education to stay current with industry trends.
With a vision to share her expertise and elevate the quality of esthetics education, Ann founded Glow & Grow Esthetics Academy. She brings extensive experience in all areas of esthetics, including advanced modalities such as laser treatments for skin and body, Dermaplaning, HydraFacials, microcurrent lifting, and eyelash extensions.
Fun Fact: Ann isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty—she has completed five Spartan races and one Tough Mudder!
When she’s not devoting her time to G&G, Ann enjoys spending quality time with her family and playing fetch with her three Siberian Huskies.
Tabitha Harrison,
Director of Education & Instructor
Tabitha Harrison has been a licensed esthetician in NY and CT since 2000. Born in Long Island, NY, she now resides in Mahopac, NY. As the driving force behind our educational programs, Tabitha is passionate about sharing her expertise and inspiring students to discover their love for esthetics.
Before joining Glow & Grow Esthetics Academy, Tabitha served as the esthetics lead at the Westchester Red Door Spa and currently works as the lead esthetician at LifeTime Spa in Chappaqua. Her extensive certifications include chemical peels, microdermabrasion, anti-aging treatments, HydraFacials, and advanced waxing. Throughout her career, Tabitha has earned numerous accolades, including the prestigious Best of Westchester award for HydraFacials at the luxurious LifeTime Spa.
Beyond her professional achievements, Tabitha is a dedicated wife, proud mom to two boys, and dog mom to two fur babies. Her favorite way to unwind is enjoying movies with her boys.
Our Facility
Glow & Grow Esthetics Academy is located at 144 Old Brookfield Road, Danbury, CT 06811, on the second floor of a standalone building. Our newly renovated, 3,100-square-foot facility features two large, classroom-style rooms for theory learning equipped with modern technology. A spacious clinic area with state-of-the-art spa equipment and a hygiene station. Additional amenities, including a kitchenette, makeup station, and a student lounge.
Conveniently situated off Exit 7 on Route 84, our facility is easily accessible. Located off of Federal Road, a hub for amenities such as cafes, restaurants, gyms, department stores, and supermarkets, students have access to everything they need nearby. We also offer free on-campus parking for both students and staff, with easy access to public transportation.
